Commodity Update is committed to your privacy. The following
are our guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of
your information. Privacy concerns are what drove the development
of our business model and corresponding product policies and
procedures.
You will not receive messages to your phone unless you have
completed the double opt-in process from your mobile phone
or through approved websites maintained by Commodity Update
and/or our business partners.
We have very strict authentication processes in place to make
sure that spam is not sent through our system. In conjunction
with our business partners, we have gone through an extensive
testing process with the cellular carriers to ensure that
our product meets and exceeds privacy and disclosure policies
that they require to be able to send text messages over their
networks.
We treat your personal information as private and confidential.
Commodity Update may also share your personal (but non-identifiable)
data with our clients who request this information for use
in aggregate analysis. These appended data, however, will
never include personally identifiable information such as
your full name, mailing address, or email address.
We may periodically contact you via email to keep you updated
regarding new services and providers.
You do not want to receive spam and neither do we. You can
also always contact us at privacy@commodityupdate.com if you
have further questions. You can also review our f.a.q. for
answers to our more common questions.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
