Traders Await Friday’s Supply and Demand Report

Traders are awaiting Friday morning’s monthly USDA Supply and Demand report, which is expected to show no major surprises for corn. Traders will look closely at the agency’s corn yield projection, especially as planting has passed the seasonal norm after a slow start, which prompted USDA to cut its yield projection by 4 bu. per acre last month. The South American corn production estimate from USDA will also be watched by traders.
